The Great Cake Bake
Thoroughout the week Bodiam Castle’s pastry chef goes all out to impress you with her selection of delicious cakes in the tea room. There will be a huge choice of cakes to buy, from gluten free to rich chocolate. Runs from 14-20 March 2011.
The Great Cake Bake Competition
Step aside Nigella! There is a chance to enter your own seasonal cake into a competition where the winning cake will be recreated and sold in Bodiam Castle’s tea rooms for a month. The cake will also be named after the winner. Cake entries accepted on Saturday 19 March between 10am and 4.30pm, and Sunday 20 March between 10.30am and 2pm. Judging will be on Sunday 20 March at 2.30pm and the winner will be announced after the judging at 3pm. (No castle admission required.)
