Boat trips, marching bands, Morris men and more. Welcome to club! The Open Day at the Thames Motor Yacht Club is all about introducing new people to the joys of boating as part of Discover your River Thames 2011.

Expect a fun day at this family friendly club. Everyone’s welcome to dip a toe in the water. Come along and enjoy free boat trips on club boats and the sea cadet boats. There will be entertainment from a local marching band and Morris dancers, as well as stalls run by Penton Hook Marine Sales, Bridge Marine and the RNLI.
The sea cadets will be running a hog roast, and they’ll be a Pimms Bar. For more information visit the Discover your River Thames 2011 website.
