Special offers for country visits
Posted on 30/11/09

South East England’s official visitor website presents a variety of special offers that can be snapped up now or taken up later.

Attractions, travel companies, places to eat and places to stay all feature on the special offers section of the website. Deals with special appeal to country-loving visitors can be found at Amberley Working museum in West Sussex, the indoor Living Rain Forest near Newbury in Berkshire and the Canterbury Tales in Canterbury — always a popular ingredient of a cosy, Kentish weekend away.

Paragliding Taster Days run all year round near Brighton on the South Downs; the Macdonald Compleat Angler at Marlow in Bucks and Sudbury House at Faringdon in Oxfordshire are perfectly placed for winter walking on The Thames Path and The Ridgeway National Trails, respectively.

Wightlink Car Travel and Red Funnel Car Ferry offer reductions on day trips or two night stays to the Isle of Wight while at Gosport in Hampshire, you can book ahead for a coastal holiday home complete with beach hut and bikes.

Keep checking southeastoffers.com/special_offers for details; new offers come online every day.
