The Springwatch Wild Day Out at Aston Rowant National Nature Reserve near Watlington, in Oxfordshire, takes place on 5th June. It’s a fun and wildlife filled day out for all the family, with lots of free activities, walks and crafts to help you discover nature and the countryside. Plus a Vicar of Dibley Celebrity Guest appearance!
It’s all happening in West Sussex on 5th & 6th June. The Springwatch Weekend with the RSPB at Pulborough Brooks, near Arundel, has a great mix of activities, all designed to get you out and about and enjoy the nature around you. All activities are free; you just pay the normal nature trail entry fee.
Brighton’s Springwatch Festival on 6th June will be a really big event. Organised by the Sussex Wildlife Trust with Brighton and Hove City Council, it’s another fantastic, free family day out: the perfect chance to find out more about the local wildlife that lives in the City, on the downs and in our woodlands and the huge variety of aquatic creatures that live in our seas, rivers and rockpools.
Springwatch at Cinderhill Woods Nature Reserve at Matfield in Kent is happening on 12th June. You can explore the woods on trails and guided rides, weave a bird feeder, build a bug house or bird box and more. Admission is free.
