The UK’s Largest Walking Festival is happening now!
Posted on 12/05/10

The Isle of Wight Walking Festival is in full swing from now until 23rd May, with over 300 walks to choose from.

Now in its twelfth year, the award winning Isle of Wight Festival is a fantastic opportunity to explore the beauty of the island on foot.

Over half the Island is officially recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with 60 miles of dramatic coastline, unspoilt countryside and over 500 miles of well-maintained and signposted footpaths.

The Festival makes the most of it all, with a busy programme ranging from Family Treasure Hunts to Leg-Stretchers and Round the Isle Walks. There’s plenty here for casual walkers and for the most serious boots and rucksack brigade.
